NEW ORLEANS MAN MARRIED - He Takes An Ohio Girl As His Bride.
Washington Court House, O., Dec. 28 - A large and brilliant wedding here today was that of Miss Ruth Milliken, daughter of Col. B. H. Millikin, of this city, and Hon. W. W. Westerfield, assistant United States district attorney at New Orleans. The ceremony was performer in Grace M. E. Church, which was mannificently decorated with flowers.
SHARON WICK'S NOTE:   Col. B. H. Millikin's and his daughter, Ruth Milliken's name is actually Millikan.
