March 9th 1829 Stephen Commack made oath that Mary Commack was a widow, that she was mother to him and Eliza Commack.  That she was guardian of the said Eliza and that was for Eliza that the within certificate was intended to have been given and that the name Nancy was put in the within certificate by mistake and that Mary Commack order her name to be signed to the within certificate and that it was sine in her presence and at her request and that there was no objections for the marriage on the part of the said Mary Commack.
