Thomas J. Shoemaker
Dies Tuesday Morning
Thomas
J. Shoemaker, 67, passed away at his home, five miles east
of Peebles on Tuesday morning about 7:00 o’clock,
suffering from heart trouble.
He is
survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Shoemaker, and the
following children, Rev. Floyd Shoemaker and
Walter Shoemaker of Springfield, Orba and
Roy of the U.S. Armed
Forces, Charles of Peebles, Dahl of Cedarville,
Clyde of
Chicago, Ill., Estel of Sabina, Mrs. Laura
Johnson and
Mrs. Icy Barney of Peebles, and Mrs. Lulu Crothers
of
Springfield.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00
o’clock at the Church of Christ in Christian Union at
Peebles, with the Rev. Payne officiating. Burial in
Locust Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Trefz
Funeral Home. |
