A Suit is Transferred.
The suit of Alice E. Stine
against the Pennsylvania Company was transferred, yesterday, from
Crawford county Common Pleas Court to the United States Circuit
Court. Mrs. Stine's husband, William A. Stine,
was killed in the company's yards at Crestline. She seeks to
recover $10,000 damages.

Executors of Estate of Bucyrus Man makes Appraisal.

BUCYRUS, O., Feb. 23. - Inventory and appraisement of property of
the late George DONNENWIRTH, president of the Bucyrus City
bank for over forty years, has been filed by his executors and shows
property valued at $183,369.03.
His stock in the Bucyrus City bank, of which he was
president is appraised at $66,080. Among the other investments
was $28,500 of stock in the Union
Trust Co., Cleveland.
The total value of all securities listed is
$148,558.13, cash in bank, $5,910.90 and real estate, $27,500. |
