MARRIED:
Hosts of friends in Napoleon and vicinity will be
pleasantly surprised to learn of the marriage of Miss
Mamie McCann a former resident of this city. She
was married on Tuesday of last week in Santiago, Cal., to
r. Allie Derbyshire a brother of Mr. Albert
Derbyshire a former resident of Napoleon. |

No Probate Judge, by they Were Married Just the Same
James McCune and Miss
Mary Loger of Fulton county presented themselves th the
Probate Judge's Office at Wauseon for the license to hitch
up. Probate Judge Newell being dead and no
provision made for his successor, the license was not
forthcoming.
Nothing daunted, the pair hied themselves to Napoleon
last Saturday and having procured a license form Judge
Donnelly were married the same day by Rev. Donahay.
It is hard to athwart love. |
