Sheriff's Sale.
State of Ohio, Gallia County, ss.
PURSUANT to the command of an order of sale issued by the Court
of Common Pleas, within and for the county of Gallia and State
of Ohio, and to me directed as Sheriff of said county of Gallia.
I will offer at public sale, at the front door of the
Court-house in the city of Gallipolis, in said county of Gallia
and State of Ohio, on the 7th day of December, a__ 1867, at the
hour of one o'clock p.m. of that day, the following real estate,
situate in the city of Gallipolis, in said county of Gallia and
State of Ohio, and described as follows to-wit: - Beginning at
the south-west corner of city lot numbered on the plat of said
city three hundred and forty-nine (349) on nine street; thence
on nine street toward the Ohio river, sixty-nine feet five and
noe-half inches; Thence at night angle to pine street
north 47 degrees east eighty-six feet ten and one-half inches;
thence at right angle with the last mentioned - north 43 degrees
west sixty-nine feet five and a half inches to the division line
of lots numbered three hundred and forty-eight and three hundred
and forty-nine,and thence on said division line to the place of
beginning, together with all the privileges and appurtenances
tthereto belonging; appraised at the sum of six hundred and
twenty-five dollars; to be sold as the property of William
Weaver, Andrew R. Weaver and John A. Robinson, at the
suit of Albert G. Fordyce. Terms of saie - cash in
hand.
Given under my hand officially, this 29th day of
October, a. d. 1867.

Notice.
On the 6th day of December, in the
year 1879, the Probate Court of Gallia Co., Ohio, declared the
esstate of Henry Grayum, deceased, to be probably
insolvent. Creditors are therefore required to present
their claims against the estate, to the undersigned for
allowance, within six months from the time above mentioned or
they will not be entitled to payment.
