Consent: I hereby give my consent to the marriage of my daughter.

     That George Vello has no living wife and Laura Acton has no living husband, and that said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins.   That neither of said parties is an habitual drunkard, epileptic imbecile or insane, or under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug.

It is expected that Rev. H. A. Smith is to solemnize the marriage of said parties.
