Koebel Released on Bail
Special Dispatch to the Leader.
FREMONT, November 5. - Andrew Koebel, who was
arrested and indicted at the same time with John Welsh as
an accomplice in the murder for which Welsh is to be
hanged December 3, next, was released today on $500 bail,
Koebel's father and Hezekiah Remsburg furnishing the
collateral, the quality of which leads to the conclusion that
the State is no longer anxious to have Koebel remain in
these parts. |
