DIO ROGERS is the son of James and Elizabeth D. (Jaureson) Rogers; he was born at East Palestine, Columbiana county, Ohio, April 24, 1850.  His common school education was confined to the English branches.  He taught school during three years at his native village.  He read law with Rogers & Rogers, his brothers, and was admitted to practice in April, 1874.  In the summer of 1874 he opened an office in Hubbard, where he has ever since remained.
