MAJOR................. George Webster, promoted to Lieutenant Colonel 25th Ohio; afterwards to Colonel 98th Ohio; killed while commanding a brigade at battle of Perryville.
SURGEON........... Louis G. Meyer, served his full three years, and afterwards to Colonel 98th Ohio; killed while commanding a brigade at battle of Perryville.
ASST. SURGS. L. G. Andrews, resigned May 16, 1863.
William F. Dean, died Oct. 2, 1862; commissioned after Regiment left the State.

Moses H. Crowell, resigned June 2, 1863, to accept promotion to Colonel of a colored regiment.
