Ohio vs. Jacob Kaiser; indictment for selling
liquor to a person in the habit of getting intoxicated. Plea
of guilty; defendant sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs and to
be committed to the county jail for five days.
Louisa Byswinger et al. vs. Wm. T. Ochsenbein
et al. Proceeds of sale heretofore made, ordered distributed
as follows: 1st. payment of costs and counsel fee of $40 to
J. E. McDonald, Esq. 2d. to Samuel, Wm. T. George
and Reuben Ochsenbein, Addie L. Smith, Elizabeth Taylor, Emma L.
Coffman and Louisa Byswinger, each one-eighth part of
cash proceeds and notes.

motion, leave is given Jos. H. Denham, admr of Nancy
Calderhead, to file a motion to set aside the award of
arbitrators in this cause and judgment thereon.

PURSUANT to an order of sale in the above entitled
case, issued and to me directed from the court of common pleas of
Belmont county, Ohio, I will offer at public sale, upon the premises
where situate, on
Monday, December 21st, 1885.
At 10 o'clock a.m., the following, described real
estate, to wit:
A lot or parcel of land sold by Thomas Nichol to
William Sutton, being the east part of lot number 3 in the
village of East Richland, in said county of Belmont, Ohio, lying on
the south side of the National road, and being part of section
number 21, township number 7 and range number 4, beginning for the
same at a stake on the alley between said lot and a lot formerly
owned by the heirs at law of John A. Hines, deceased; thence
south 184 feet to the back alley; thence west 71 feet to William
Porterfield's line; thence along said line south 177 feet to the
National road; thence east 75 feet to the place of beginning,
containing one-third of an acre, more or less.
Appraised at $550.
Terms - One third cash on ay of sale; one-third __one
year, and one-third in two years with interest, secure by mortgage
on premises sold.

Probate Court of Belmont county, Ohio, the undersigned was appointed
and qualified as Executrix of the estate of Daniel Peck,
deceased, late of Belmont county.
All persons indebted to said estate are requested to
make immediate payment, and those having claims against said estate
will present them duly authenticated for settlement.
