MRS. LANNING DIES.
Mrs ELIZABETH ANNIE (ROCKHILL) LANNING, 70 years of age, wife of Samuel Lanning, died at the City Hospital Friday night, following a long illness from Bright's Disease. Funeral Services will be held at the Rockport M. E. church Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock p. m. and interment
will be made at the enjoining cemetery

SAMUEL LANNING
Samuel Lanning, 80 year old ward of the Allen-co home. died at 10:00 p.m. Saturday. The body was taken to the Cantwell Funeral Home. Burial in Rockport Methodist Cemetery
*Notes: The Allen County Home for the Infirm was for elderly people who had no money, ill or no one to care for them, It closed some time in the 1960's

Marie Ellen Lewis

Mrs. Marie Ellen Lewis, 96, native of Bath-tp and lifelong resident of Allen-co, died at her home, .227 S. McDonel-st, at 10:40 a. m. Monday following a long illness
with complications of diseases. She was the last charter member of the Central Church of Christ, and is survived by a granddaughter, Violet M. Lewis, of 227 S. McDonel-st; a grandson, Hobart Lewis of Toledo; and a great-grandson, Billy Hobart Lewis. The body will be removed from the Davis-Miller and Son mortuary to the residence late Monday. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery.

Victor Little

Victor Little, 59, formerly of 1021 McCullough-st, died at 3 p.m. Monday in the Colonial Rest Home, Rockford, where he had been a patient the last three years.
A native of Hardin-co, he had spent most of his life in Lima. He formerly had been employed in the Nickel Plate Railroad Shops. Surviving are two brothers Clarence, 820 Greenlawn-av, and Cecil, 635 1/2 S. Main-st. The body will remain in the Sifred and Son funeral home for services at 10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Dewayne Bell will officiate. Burial will be in Shawnee cemetery.
