This day came LAURENS L. EDWARDS and made application for a
Marriage License for himself of JEFFERSON and RHODA M.
PHELPS of said County of Ashtabula, and made solemn oath that the
said L. L. is of the age of 21 yrs; and that the said R. M. is of the
age of 18 yrs; that they are both single, and not nearer of kin than
1st cousins, and that he knows of no legal impediment to their being
joined in Marriage.
Sworn and subscribed to before me, at Jefferson, in said _ County, the
