Ashtabula County, ss,
This day came DANIEL POTTER, and made application for Marriage
License for JOHN W. YOUNG of GENEVA and DEBORAH HILL
of said County of Ashtabula, and made solemn oath that said John W. is
of the age of 21 yrs; and that the said Deborah is of the age of 18
yrs; that they are both single and not nearer of kin than 1st cousins
and that he knows of no legal impediment to their being joined in
Marriage.
Sworn and subscribed to before me, at Jefferson, in said County on the
8 day of Jun 1865.
