This day came CHESTER DODGE and made application for Marriage
License for RICHARD MARLOW of COLEBROOK and BETTIE
MAGINES of said County of Ashtabula, and made solemn oath that the
said Richard Marlow is the age of 21 yrs; and that the said Bettie
Magines is of the age of 18 yrs; that they are both single, and not
nearer of kin than 1st cousins, and that he knows of no legal
impediment to their being joined in Marriage.
