PETER YATES. But
little can be ascertained of Mr. Yates' career. His name
as an attorney first appears in the court record in 1837, and
his law card is published in the Lower Sandusky Times.
September. 1837. In 1839 he removed from Ohio, and in a notice
in the same paper turns his unfinished business over to R. P.
Buckland.
