BENJAMIN
PARMELY;
lawyer; born, Ashland, O., Oct. 9, 1869; son of
M. B. and Elizabeth Porter Parmely; early
education in the public schools of Dayton; two years
in Garfield University, Wichita, Kan., LL. B.
University of Michigan, 1892; married, Columbus, O.,
Nov. 16, 1904, Miss Mary E. Tolford; issue,
one daughter, Elizabeth admitted to the bar
in 1893, one and one-half years atty. for the
Fidelity & Casualty Co., then practiced in the firm
of Estep, Dickey, Carr & Goff; later with
Kline, Carr, Tolles & Goff; in 1896, organized
the law firm of Wilcox, Collister, Hogan &
Parmely; in 1903, became associated with
James J. Hogan, in general law practice,
specializing in corporation law; served as asst. U.
S. atty, from May, 1901, to September, 1905, was
United States Commissioner of six months; member
Cleveland Bar Ass'n, Phi Delta Phi Fraternity,
Country, Union, Hermit, Young Men's Republican, and
the Nisi Prius Clubs.

lawyer; born, Hunter, O., Feb. 5, 1873; educated,
Mt. Union College, Alliance, O., Ph. B., 1893; West
Virginia University, class of 1895, LL. B; married,
Cleveland, Nov. 1, 1911, Bertha Marian Pierce;
in 1895, admitted to the bar in West Virginia;
practiced at Wheeling, 1895-1897; came to Cleveland
in 1897; since 1910, member of the firm of
Patterson & Nieding; treas. Forest City
Woolen Mills Co.; sec馳 Cleveland Estates Co.;
director Euclid Stone & Brick Co.; pres. American
Investment Co. and Guaranty Electric Heater Co.; all
Masonic degrees (Iris Lodge, Oriental Commandery, Al
Koran Shrine, 32nd degree); Knights of Pythias;
member Athletic, and Ad Clubs, City Civic League,
Sociological Club, Chamber of Commerce.

CHARLES W. PATTISON;
lawyer; came to Cleveland from Cincinnati, O., in
1903; began law practice in Cleveland, was in
partnership with the late Jas. J. Hogan, and
later with Francis C. McMillin, now of the
New York bar; now associated with Harvey R.
Keeler, formerly of the Common Pleas Bench of
Cuyahoga County; also W. H. Hasselman and
C. F. McConnell, under the firm name of
Keeler & Pattison; university and law
education, specializing in insurance law; member
Ohio State and American Bar Associations, Commercial
Law League of America; member Cleveland Credit Men痴
Ass地, The Cleveland Real Estate Board, The Civic
League and The Chamber of Commerce; Republican;
member Tippecanoe, City, and Athletic Clubs.
Fraternally belongs to Masons, Odd Fellows, Elks,
and Knights of Pythias, etc.
