     Moses and Elizabeth Lukens, parents of Rachel Cope, removed to Harrison county from Guernsey county, in 1838.  The father of Elizabeth Lukens, was Samuel Barber, b. 1777; d. in Harrison county, in January, 1851; m. Ann Schooley, b. 1766; d. Oct. 1, 1863.
