LAURENT
NOIROT - removed with his parents, Francis
and Francoise (Raclot) Noirot, to this county in
1861. He was born in France, Aug. 1, 1831, and
was married in Monroe, Michigan, June 20, 1856.
His wife, Marie, daughter of Claude and
Marie (Mathieu) Bouvier, was also born in
France, Jan. 6, 1840. They have six children:
Victor, born Sept. 7, 1858; Victoria,
Mar. 14, 1861; Laurence, Nov. 7, 1862;
Josephine E., Apr. 4, 1866; Sophia, Feb.
20, 1870; Louis, Sept. 14, 1871. He has
been township trustee and supervisor, and is one of
the most successful farmers and stock-raisers in the
township.
Address, Pleasant Bend, Henry county, Ohio.
